(“KPT”) (TSX: KPT) will hold its Annual Meeting of Shareholders on June 20, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time at the TMX Market Centre, Pearce Bunting Room, 120 Adelaide Street West, Ground Floor, Toronto, Ontario.
