VITROLLES, France — Based in Montreal since 2011 through its wholly owned subsidiary Solutions Latesys Canada, Groupe ADF now confirms its growth strategy with the acquisition of Amrikart Ultraprecision Inc., a company specialized in high precision dimensional metrology. Groupe ADF has been recognized in the field of metrology through its G2Metric brand name, and wished to complement its expertise toolbox thanks to the solutions developed by the Amrikart Ultraprecision teams. They will bring additional know-how and expertise to support the group strategy to be ever closer to the market expectations and requirements. With this, Groupe ADF confirms its position in the North American market, and strengthens its international presence along with its key accounts.

This transaction is effective as of July 1, 2022.
